  1. Is Pooped professional dog walking licenced, bonded and insured?

    Yes! We are bonded, professionally licensed and insured. Proof is available upon request.

  3. In case of emergency, how will Pooped take care of my pet? Are you Pet First Aid trained?

    Yes, Pooped is trained with DogSafe Pet First Aid. It is very important to us we are prepared and equipped to handle any emergency. One of the benefits to being an urban dog walking business is that the best emergency veterinary care is literally minutes away.

  5. Which vaccinations must my dog have before the first walk?

    Pooped requires all dogs to have the following vaccinations: rabies, bordatella and DHPP. We do require proof. Either have your vaccination sheet ready when you receive your complimentary dog evaluation or have your veterinarian e-mail a hard copy to

  7. How many dogs will be walked in the group walk?

    Our regular group walks have 5-6 compatible dogs. These dogs will have similar temperaments, and walk well together. It won't take long before your dog is itching to run with the pack.

  8. Will my dog be walked off-leash?

    No, your dog will never be walked off leash. We only provide on-leash group dog walks. Your dog will remain leashed and attended at all times.

  9. Do you require my dog to be licenced with the City?

    Every dog is required to have two tags attached to their collar. This includes a basic identification tag with your dog's name and your contact number and a valid City license tag. The City of Vancouver requires all dogs be licensed after 3 months of age.

  11. What is your cancellation policy?

    Due to limited space and a long waiting list, Pooped requires at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If adequate time is not given, you will be billed for the full amount.
